Hello lovelies as you guys know I am committed to making your morning’s run a little more smoothly each day and the best way to do that I think is with breakfast smoothies so today I’ve got five new smoothie ideas that I think you are going to love and let’s be honest they’re all inspired by the color of sunshine
Peachy Smoothie
Ingredients –
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 Cup Frozen Peaches
- 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

our next movie combines all of the most amazing tastes of the tropics for the liquid in my smoothie I’m actually using a combination of unsweetened almond milk with a splash of coconut milk

in this recipe I am going to be using two bananas you can opt for one here but because we’re going for the maximum banana
flavor to just feels right to that I’m adding some yogurt I’m using plain yogurt here but a vanilla yogurt is also a great option

adding some vanilla protein powder and for a little added nutrition I’m going to sprinkle in some hemp part for my liquid in this smoothie I’m using unsweetened almond milk once again but of course, any type of milk will do we’ll get our lid on the blender give this a whirl pour it into our glass.
