Hey lovelies is now we all know smoothies are an awesome way to start our day but it’s actually been a while since I have shared new smoothie recipes today I am fixing all that with 10 new awesome flavors for you guys to give a try – these are really fun and fresh tasting and they are all inspired by pink and purple hues which I am just loving to kick things off.

 

Strawberry Grapefruit Smoothie

Today I am making what I’m calling my grapefruit sunrise smoothie how pretty is the color in this guy 

Ingredients for Strawberry Grapefruit Smoothie

  • Honey to Taste 
  • 1 Cup – Chopped Strawberries
  • 3/4 Cup – Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 Cup – Frozen Peach 

How to Make a Grapefruit Smoothie

Directions –

Step 1

It all starts with my blender of course as all smoothies do in the blender I am going to add some strawberries some peaches I always use frozen peaches because they’re easy to find all year long if you have the benefit of making this during a peach season, of course, fresh is always a great option to that 

 

Step 2

I am going to add a little bit of honey for sweetness and then I’ve got a whole lot of grapefruit juice now if you’re not a fan of

Grapefruit juice can be a bit bitter so you can swap in some OJ here that would be really delicious as well but I am a big fan of grapefruit juice not only because I think it tastes delicious but also it packs a ton of wonderful nutrients 

 

Step 3

We’re going to get the lid on our blender here and give this all a whirl and there you go a healthy citrusy way to start your day 

 

Cherry Lime Smoothie

For easy smoothie recipes 3 ingredients, Next for even more citrusy tastiness we’re making a cherry lime smoothie now I absolutely love cherries but of course, they’re on the more expensive side if you buy them fresh that said if you buy them frozen you can get way better deals so I am using frozen cherries in this recipe

Ingredients for Cherry Lime Smoothie

  • Honey to Taste
  • 1 Cup – Frozen Cherries
  • 1 – Lime, Zest and Juice
  • 1 Cup – Coconut Water
  • 1/2 Cup – Mango 

How to Make a Cherry Lime Smoothie

Directions

Step 1

For easy smoothie recipes 3 ingredients, Today I’m going to add a whole heaping helping of them to my blender to that I am going to also add a little bit of mango I love the combination of cherries and mango is so nice and tart speaking of chart 

 

Step 2

For easy smoothie recipes 3 ingredients, We’re going to add even more great tartness with some lime I’m adding the zest and juice of one whole lime to this and then I’m going to cut that tartness by adding a little honey to my blender 

 

Step 3

Now you always have the option to use agave here instead of honey or you can lead the additional sweeteners out and just let that fruit do the oldest sweetening work all of those are great options

 

Step 4

Now in this recipe, I’m going to be adding some coconut water but you could swap in some regular water here or even some ice cubes if you like an ice-cold smoothie once you’ve blended that all up what you end up with is this super ruby red and super delicious smoothie 

I’ll just say it of all the smoothies in this time and there are some delicious wins this one is my very favorite I recommend putting it on your must-try list

 

Raspberry Cheesecake Smoothie

Next up I’ve got a dessert-inspired smoothie for you this is a raspberry cheesecake smoothie is so you know it couldn’t possibly be that

Ingredients for Raspberry Cheesecake Smoothie

  • Honey to Taste
  • 1 Cup – Raspberries
  • 1 tbsp – Cream Cheese
  • 3/4 Cup – Vanilla Almond MilK 
  • 1 Scoop – Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 Cup – Vanilla Greek Yogurt

How to Make a Raspberry Cheesecake Smoothie

Directions –

Step 1

It all starts with some raspberries in my blender I am going to add some yogurt in this case I’m actually using some plain yogurt but you always have the option to use vanilla flavor yogurt instead 

 

Step 2

I’m also adding about a tablespoon of cream cheese that’s how we’re going to get that tangy cheesecake flavor to amp up the cake factor we are going to be using some vanilla flavored protein powder you could also consider using chocolate protein powder and making a chocolate raspberry cheesecake smoothie which would not be bad in fact I wish I had thought of it sooner we’ll keep that one on the list for later 

 

Step 3

I’m adding a little additional sweetness to this with some honey but if your protein powder is amply sweet you may not need it totally a matter of taste and preference finally I’m going to top this all off with some

Unsweetened almond milk and give it a whirl come on guys a healthy dessert-inspired recipe can you think of a more delicious way to face your day.

 

Citrus Smoothie

Next for another citrus-inspired smoothie, I have what I’m calling my citrus beet smoothie

Ingredients for Citrus Smoothie

  • 1/2 tsp – Freshly Grated Ginger 
  • 3/4 Cup – Orange Juice
  • 1 – Blood Orange, Peeled and Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup – Diced, Steamed and Peeled Beets

 

How to Make a Citrus Smoothie

Directions –

Step 1

For this recipe, of course, I’m using some beets these have been steamed peeled and chopped they’re going right into the blender to that I am also going to add some chopped blood orange now if you can’t find blood orange any kind of orange will do here they’re all really really delicious I just love the look of blood oranges

 

Step 2

Once you’ve got that tastiness in your blender you can go ahead and add a little bit of grated ginger the ginger is a super nice complement to all those citrusy flavors

 

Step 3

Finally, we are going to be adding some orange juice to this if you’re not a fan of adding juice to your smoothies you could also add some coconut water here and that would be really good as well we’ll just hit that blend button and basically, you’ve got a breakfast that simply can’t be beat

 

Plum Smoothie Recipe

Finally, on today’s smoothie extravaganza, we’re making what I’m calling my perfect smoothie which of course features a whole lot of plum goodness 

Ingredients for Plum Smoothie

  • Honey to Taste
  • 3/4 Cup – Almond MilK
  • 1 – Banana 
  • 1 Cup – Diced Pulms 
  • 1/2 Cup – Blackberries

 

How to Make a Plum Smoothie

Directions –

Step 1

Now I’ve removed the stone for my plums and given them a quick chop we’ll get those into the blender to that I’m also going to add some blackberries we know blackberries are just loaded with antioxidants and of course super nutritious so just pile those into that

 

Step 2

I’m also going to add a banana this is just for some creaminess I’m going to add a little honey for sweetness and then top it all off with my unsweetened almond milk my favorite part about this smoothie is actually its gorgeous color when you hit blend you’ll see it turns this unbelievable shade of purple that you know just has to be good for you 

 

Peach Mango Smoothie

so today we’re going to kick things off today with an incredibly tasty peachy mango smoothie what could be more summery than that in this smoothie we are going to be starting with some beautiful frozen peaches

  • 3/4 Cup – Orange Juice
  • 1 Cup – Frozen Peach Slices 
  • 1/2 Cup – Vanilla Yogurt

Step 1

Now for all of these recipes, I’m using frozen fruit so we’re going to get a nice thick slushy texture super good and that way you don’t have to add any ice to your smoothie and water it down

 

Step 2

Next, we are going to add our frozen mango chunks to that I’m also going to add some vanilla yogurt and finally some orange juice pop the lid on our blender, and are you ready for it I’m pumped

  • 3/4 Cup – Lite Coconut Milk 
  • 1½ Cups – Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 Cup – Coconut Yogurt

Directions –

Step 1

We’ll start with some beautiful frozen strawberries in our blender and then to that, we are going to add a whole lot of creamy dreamy coconutty goodness including some coconut flavored yogurt as well as some coconut milk 

 

Step 2

Now I like using light coconut milk in my smoothies because I find the full-fat stuff is a bit heavy but of course, it’s totally up to you and then we are also going to add some agave here honey will work just as well but I always think a little additional sweetness goes a long way 

We’ll give this all a blend and look how beautiful the results are a frosty pink drink to help you start your day right

 

Pineapple Lemonade Smoothie

the next one I think I am most excited about this is a creamy pineapple lemonade smoothie now we’ll tell you I have made pineapple lemonade on the channel before not in a smoothie version but just traditional pineapple lemonade and it was delicious

  • 3/4 Cup – Lite Coconut Milk
  • 1½ Cups – Frozen Pineapple 
  • 1 – Lemon, Zest, and Juice

 

How to Make a Pineapple Lemonade Smoothie

Directions –

Step 1

In the meantime in our blender we are going to add our frozen pineapple chunks and then for our lemonade flavor of course we need some lemon and so I’m gonna do the zest and juice of the lemon you can add a little more lemon or a little less lemon depending on how sour you want this

 

Step 2

I’ll add another drizzle of agave syrup for sweetness and then finally I’m going to add some coconut milk to this 

I can’t think of a better way to enjoy lemonade this summer so refreshingly sweet and tangy I promise you this pineapple lemonade will have you pining for more.

Next for something truly inspired I am whipping up a vanilla berry bliss smoothie and you’ll understand the bliss part in a second because it is so delicious

  • 3/4 Cup – Milk 
  • 1/2 Cup – Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Scoop – Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/4 Cup – Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/2 Cup – Vanilla Yogurt

 

How to Make a Vanilla Berry Smoothie

Directions –

Step 1

It starts with some frozen strawberries in our blender so I am also adding some frozen wild blueberries I’m also going to add some vanilla flavored yogurt to this 

 

Step 2

Add some vanilla flavored protein powder and then I’ll top it up with some milk and give it a good blend of berry anything is totally irresistible for me this time of year but add a little vanilla to it and you’ve basically got summer sip perfection

 

Green Protein Smoothie

Finally, I’m whipping up what I’m calling my dreamy green smoothie because you actually won’t believe how delicious it is considering I’ve snuck some greens in here

  • 3/4 Cup – Almond Milk
  • 1 – Small Ripe Banana
  • 1 Cup – Kale 
  • 1/2 – Avocado
  • 1 Scoop – Vanilla Protein Powder

 

How to Make a Green Protein Smoothie

Directions –

Step 1

We’re starting with some frozen bananas in our blender always great to use frozen bananas because you get a nice cold creamy texture to that I am adding half of an avocado and then I will pile in my greens I’m using kale here but of course, baby spinach is another great option if that’s what you have on hand

 

Step 2

Next, I’ll add some vanilla flavored protein powder, and then finally we will top this all off with a good splash of almond milk and give it a whirl it’s not every day you find a green smoothie that tastes this good trust me on this one I’ve made a lot of green smoothies in my day
