Hello lovelies so you guys know that I am all about making life in the kitchen easier especially when it comes to busy mornings which is why today I am sharing three brand new quick and easy breakfast ideas that all come together in under 10 minutesĀ
The best part about these do not only do they taste delicious but they are protein-packed and super nutritious as well so there’s a lot to love we’re gonna get started today with a super simple but super delicious and as you can see really beautiful breakfast parfait and this one I especially love because it’s got tons of great color but also some good crunch and some really tasty ingredients.
Almond Breakfast
Ingredients –
- 1/2 Cup – Raspberries
- 1 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 Cup – Quartered Strawberries
- 1/4 Cup – Smooth Natural Almond Butter
- 1 Cup – Cheerios
Directions –
Step 1
Now to get started I am going to be adding a layer of some vanilla yogurt here you could use plain yogurt in this recipe if you want to I like the vanilla yogurt because it’s really complimentary to all of the other flavors that we’re going to be adding in here
And next what we’re going to do is top that with some almond butter so the almond butter in this recipe is optional but what I like about it is that it adds some nice healthy fats here to keep you feeling fuller longer as well as another good hit of protein if you wanted to swap in some peanut butter instead you definitely could that would be a tasty option
Step 2
My next step is going to be adding some crunch so I’m going to be doing that with some multi green cheerios I like using cereal in a recipe like this because you get lots of fiber and crunch if you don’t have cheerios on hand use whatever you have in your pantry pretty much any kind of crispy crunchy cereal will do you could also use just some plain granola here as well

Next, I am going to load in my berries so I have got some lovely strawberries right now I am loving strawberries this time of year but you can really use any kind of berries that you have on hand and once I’ve got my layer of strawberries in I’m going to go ahead and get another layer of yogurt on top like so I’m going to add some more of my cereal and I’m going to top this with a couple of raspberries as well
As you can see guys this recipe photo is such a perfect breakfast for both kids and adults alike it comes together in less than five minutes and it’s packed with great nutrition that you can feel really good about.
Best Avocado Toast Recipe
Next, I am making a tasty twist on some classic avocado toast so the real secret to making this avocado toast something special is actually in our everything bagel seasoning that we’re going to be sprinkling on top
Now you can always use the store-bought version of everything bagel seasoning but you won’t believe how easy it is to make yourself at home
Ingredients for Avocado Toast Recipe
- 1 Cup – English Cucumber (Sliced)
- 2 tbsp – Sesame Seeds
- 1/4 Cup – Cream Cheese
- 1 tbsp – Poopy Seeds
- 2 – Slices Sourdough Bread
- 1 tbsp – Dried Minced Onion
- 1/2 – Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp – Dired Minced Garlic
- 1 – Avocado
- 1 tsp – Flaked Sea Salt
How to Make Avocado Toast
Directions –
Step 1
So it all starts with some sesame seeds I’m gonna get some sesame seeds in my bowl I’ve got some poppy seeds here I’ve got some dehydrated onion flakes as well as some dehydrated garlic and then the final step is some nice flaked sea salt and guys it’s that simple five ingredients no trouble at all you just give that a quick mix
It is ready to be used on pretty much anything I love it on toast like this but I also love it o things like popcorn or I’ve even put it on chicken before and oh my gosh guys it is really super flavorful and really super good I highly recommend you make a double or triple batch and then store the rest in the pantry for the next time you need it
Step 2
Now the next step in making my avocado toast is to smash my avocado with a little squeeze of lemon juice now some people prefer to smash their avocado right on their toast but I find smashing it beforehand with that tart lemon juice adds a ton of beautiful flavor to it and you get a much nicer texture
Once we’ve got our avocado smashed it’s time to bring it all together as you can see I’ve got my toast here i’m using multigrain rye but honestly use any kind of toast your heart desires
Step 3
I’m just going to start by layering on some cream cheese so the cream cheese here is optional but I love it because it’s super tangy and flavorful it’s also got a nice dose of protein and fat which is what we want in the morning we want to make sure that we are good and full to start our day
Once I’ve got my layer of cream cheese down I am going to be adding my avocado and I’m gonna get in here and just sort of use a fork to get it on top of my cream cheese there’s gonna be more spread on here than toast which is kind of how I like it
Step 4
Next, add some really lovely crunch here I am also going to be adding some cucumber slices cucumber cream cheese everything bagel spice you guys know where I’m going with this right it’s gonna be super good and then, of course, guys my final step is going to be my everything bagel seasoning but yeah lovelies what is not to like about this super simple breakfast and it took absolutely no time
Sausage and Spinach Recipes
Finally today for those of you who prefer a nice hot breakfast I have got this amazing breakfast scramble with sausage and baby spinach super tasty but comes together really really fast now know my house I’ll be honest we eat scrambled eggs at least four or five days a week for breakfast so I like to switch things up a little bit and this is a current faith.
Ingredients for Sausage and Spinach Recipes
Ingredients –
- 2 tbsp – 2% Milk
- 1 tsp – Oil
- 4 – Large Eggs
- 1/4 Cup – Turkey Kielbasa (Diced)
- 1 Cup – Chopped Baby Spinach
How To Make Sausage and Spinach
Directions –
Step 1
Now it all starts with just a little bit of oil heating up in a non-stick skillet on the stove and to that, i’m going to be adding some kobasa so i am using turkey kobasa in this recipe but you could definitely use pork instead it’s totally up to you what I love about kobasa is that it’s got a nice smokiness to it if you wanted to just use some chopped ham here instead that’s another great option
We basically just want to get some flavor happening a little bit of extra protein in our eggs and the good news is because this is actually already cooked all we’re doing is heating it through giving it a chance to get a little crispy around the edges and that usually takes no more than one to two minutes in the frying pan
Step 2
My next step once my kobasa is nice and heated through is going to be adding some spinach now I really love to add some greens in the morning I always think the sooner you start working on your five to ten servings of fruit and vegetables a day
The better um and basically we’re just gonna let those two things cook away while we get to work on mixing up our egg mixture which is super simple
I’ve got four eggs here you can make as many as you like and I’m just adding a nice splash of milk to this and I’m just gonna whisk them up and then I’m just going to add this right into my pan a little salt not too much because the koblast is already really salty and some pepper and then we just want to keep
These moving so the whole point of scrambled eggs is that you never want them to stop moving once they hit the pan otherwise they start to get those brown bits and I have to be honest with you guys and I know
This is just a matter of opinion but in my opinion, those brown bits are not delicious so I like my eggs to be nice and pale yellow when they come out of the pan these should only take about a minute or two to set with a nice hot pan and then they will be ready to serve you
Can serve them up with some toast if you want to or just some fruit or a side salad some sliced tomatoes would be really good easy breezy and there you have it this really smoky savory breakfast that honestly everyone in the house will absolutely love it’s even a great way to get your kids to eat their veggies
