Hi, guys welcome back to MissPalvi so today we are making one of our favorite chicken breakfast recipes and we call it the Breakfast with chicken and eggs, Chicken for breakfast, Chicken omelette as we all know the importance of breakfast as the first meal of the day we try making it as nutritious as possible.

 

Chicken Omelette

So for a chicken omelette, we will need boneless chicken onion potato capsicum spinach, and coriander you can also add mushrooms and broccoli to this if you like to start with washing peeling, and cutting all the veggies.

Ingredients –

  • 3 – Whole Eggs
  • 100 gm – Chicken
  • 1 – Small Potato
  • 1/2 – Small Onion
  • 1/2 – Capsicum
  • Handful Spinach
  • Coriander
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Mushroom (Optional)

 

Directions –

Step 1

now break three whole eggs in a bowl add salt and pepper beat it well and keep it aside, now it’s time to saute the boneless chicken add ghee or olive oil to a pan and let it heat once your pan is hot place the boneless chicken and let it cook on one side for about three minutes turn it around and cook for another two minutes on medium flame remove it from the gas let it cool down and  then shred it into smaller chunks

 

Step 2

now that all the prep work is done let’s begin with making our omelet same pan add in a little more key olive oil and add in the potato onions and saute it for a minute add in the capsicum and let it cook for another minute

Step 3

now add in the shredded chicken and the beaten eggs add spinach and coriander at this point let it cook completely from one side

once the upper layer is cooked and not liquidy anymore it’s time to flip it now that your omelette is quite heavy there are chances it would break while flipping so you can take a help of a plate to remove the omelette and place it back again on the pan 

once both the sides are cooked your healthy and protein-rich breakfast is ready to serve have it with your favorite beverage and start your day with a boost of energy do try this out and never miss your breakfast until next time eat healthy and stay healthy.

 

Chicken Mayo Sandwich

children usually like a creamy chicken mayo sandwich any time of the day so today let’s see how to make lovely creamy chicken sandwiches

Ingredients –

  • 1 tbsp – Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp – Garlic Paste
  • 250 gm – Boneless Chicken
  • 1/4 tsp – Black Pepper Powder
  • 6 – Bread Slices
  • Salt
  • Butter
  • Tomato Catchup
  • Musterd Sauce
  • Lettuce Leaves (Chopped)

Ingredients For Dressing –

  • 1/4 tsp – Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 Cup – Cream
  • 1 Cup – Mayonnaise
  • Black Pepper Powder

Directions –

Step 1

so for the chicken mayo sandwich I’m going to heat a tablespoon of olive oil once the oil is hot I’m going to add a teaspoon of garlic paste saute it for a few seconds and I’m going to add 250 grams of boneless chicken cubes quarter teaspoon of pepper powder salt to taste

I’m going to toss this chicken for a minute or so and then I’m gonna cover it and cook it till the chicken cubes are done 

 

Step 2

so while the chicken is getting cooked let’s get the dressing ready for that I have a cup of mayonnaise to that I’m going to add quarter cup of cream very little pepper and just a quarter teaspoon of garlic paste mix this well our dressing is ready as well 

 

Step 3

let’s keep it aside we cook the chicken cubes for 10 minutes now let’s shut the flame and wait for it to cool down this is cooled down so now I’m going to shred this I have another option as well if you find shredding a little more cumbersome you can just pulse it in the mixer for 15 to 20 seconds so here I’m directly adding this cooked chicken into the dressing let’s mix this well it’s already looking nice and creamy

 

Step 4

now let’s make the sandwiches I have six slices of whole wheat bread here I’m just going to cut off the edges so what I do with these edges is I make it into bread crumbs and use it fresh when I’m making mine cutlets I’m going to apply some butter to the slices of bread some ketchup little mustard you can avoid the mustard if you don’t like it 

I’m gonna spread a nice big helping of the chicken mayo dressing I have some lettuce leaves fresh lettuce leaves here which are finely chopped this is optional as well you can just sprinkle a few of these cover it now you can cut it into triangles or any other shape that you like 

 

similarly, let’s make the rest of the sandwiches we’ve just plated these sandwiches and they’re ready to be served you can serve them with chips and ketchup or anything that your kids like so do try the simple recipe and let me know for such yummy and creamy snack recipes.

 

Chicken Stuffed Omelette

stuffed chicken omelette let’s get cracking first things first oil goes in a pan while the oil is heating up let’s start cutting the onions tomatoes and capsule

Ingredients –

  • 1 tbsp – Oil
  • 1/2 cup – Onions, Sliced
  • 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tsp – Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp – Turmeric Powder
  • 1 – Green Chilli Chopped
  • 1 tbsp – Chilli Powder
  • 1 Cup – Chicken Breast Boneless, Juliennes
  • 1 – Medium Tomato Sliced
  • 1 – Medium Capsicum Sliced
  • 1/2 tsp – Coriander Powder
  • 2 tbsp – Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tsp – Lemon Juice
  • 3 – Whole Eggs
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tbsp – Oil

Garnish

  • Tomato ketchup
  • Mixed lettuce

 

Directions – 

Step 1

I’m going to cut onions into thick horizontal slices moving on to tomatoes again into thick horizontal slices of green capsicum all I’m going to do is remove the seeds and the cap of the capsicum and cut this into Julien’s the vegetables are cut and ready 

 

Step 2

so as the oil heated up the first thing that goes in our cumin seeds once that starts crackling I’ll be adding in the onions and capsicum toss this up while this starts cooking let’s also cut in a few green chilies well you can vary the level of spice as your choice I’m taking three to four you can be your best judge in both the chilies and along with this the tomatoes to this

 

Step 3

now after quick few tosses let’s start adding the spices coriander powder with this ginger garlic paste turmeric powder red chili powder chaat masala powder and some salt stir this well and make sure the masalas are welcome while this is cooking

Step 4

let’s add in the Julianne’s of chicken increase I heat a little and make sure the chicken is completely well covered you just need to stir fry the chicken and at no point in time would be adding in any water the chicken is cooked and ready to this 

now I will be adding in some fresh chopped coriander and along with this some lemon juice a quick stir and of course the flame while the chicken is ready to allow me to move this and let’s start with breaking the eggs

 

Step 5

to this I’ll be adding in some salt along with red chili powder let’s beat the eggs with a fork and while this is happening let’s simultaneously also put some oil to heat the oil is heated up let’s pour in the egg mixture

I’m just swirling the pan around to make sure the diameter of this egg just increases a little while the mixture is still a little runny in the center 

 

Step 6

let’s add in the chicken mixture once the chicken mixture goes in unlikely going to pick one side of the egg and cover it right on top of the chicken the chopped chicken omelet is ready to let’s transfer this onto a plate with the remaining stuffing goes as an accompaniment along with any lettuce of your choice

well in this case I’m using some kale and finally top it up with any sauce of your choice with a sweet or spicy simple and delicious stuffed chicken omelet is ready to enjoy.

 

Chicken Mayonnaise Sandwich | Chicken Mayonnaise Rolls

Next, I am going to make a recipe which takes me back to my school days that is chicken mayonnaise sandwich let’s begin

Ingredients –

  • 2 – Chicken Breasts Boiled & Shredded
  • 1 – Bunch Romaine Lettuce For Mayonnaise
  • 2 – Eggs Yolks
  • 200 ml – Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tbsp – Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tbsp – Mustard Powdered
  • 1/2 tsp – Salt
  • 1/2 tsp – White Pepper Powder
  • 2 tbsp – White Vinegar
  • 4 – Hot Dog Buns

 

Directions –

Step 1

The first thing is I’m taking some chicken breast and this goes in a deep bottomed pan to this I’m going to add in some salt along with some water I’ll put the flame on a quick stir and we need to cook this till the chicken is completely welcomed this can take anywhere between 10 to 12 minutes on high flame while the chicken and getting coat let’s move to step two

 

Step 2

Making a mayonnaise for this I am taking some mustard and this goes straight in the grinder along with the sugar I have taken grain sugar so that it helps in grinding and finally this has been ground into a very fine powder and this is how I like to do this however if you wish and if it’s available you can also use mustard powder which is available in some stalls if not this is the step that you follow

 

Step 3

The next step is to take egg yolks in a deep bowl and under this bowl and placing a cloth so that this is now at an angle to this I am going to add in vinegar and a little bit of salt whisk this initially and while you’re whisking this slowly and steadily through a very thin stream I’m going to add in vegetable oil or any neutral oil of your choice 

Make sure you’re constantly whisking this look at this step is actually technically known as making an emulsion and in this case it is an emulsion of oil and the fat in the yolk well you would have noticed that it’s a little longer process but you need to constantly keep whisking this yes your arms may pain your wrist may pain but make sure you keep continuously mixing this

You can keep changing your hands something like this once the emulsion is ready it look like this nice and thick and shiny and this is the time when we will now be flavoring it to this I’ll be adding in some white pepper powder along with a sugar and mustard powder a quick mix and with this you have homemade mayonnaise which has done in ready and so is the chicken of course the flame let’s train this and cool it down completely

 

Step 4

The chicken is completely cooled when it becomes nice and easy to shred this into fine shards to the said chicken I’ll be adding in some mayonnaise from this the quantity of mayonnaise to chicken is something that’s of personal choice the chicken mayonnaise mixture is done and ready let’s start assembling the rolls 

 

Step 5

For this I have taken these hot dog rolls and I’m going to slip this till 3/4 in the center and just open it lightly to this I’m going to apply some extra mayonnaise to make it nice and moist line this with some crisp salad leaves and finally the chicken mayonnaise mixture as simple and easy this looks it’s equally tasty do make this at home.
